Sulani Island Festivals - When Do They Happen?

On the Livestream, I thought I heard the Gurus say that Sulani Island Festivals occur almost daily. I've been playing Island Living for a good Sim week and I have yet to see one Sulani Island Festiva...

So I'm finding this page a year late - I agree we need festival notifications for Sulani. I never knew about them.
