I avoid kleptomaniacs. As soon as I find a Sim with this characteristic I avoid them. With the Island this is hard to do - strangers come in and out of the house (which I like). So - what do kleptoman...

I never thought of that, but I really like the idea. If a Sim witnesses a Klepto stealing something from their home, they should be able to start a fight. If they won, they should get the item(s) back. I would love that!
Ooohh that IS a great idea! And seeing most of my sims have max fitness..which should make the fight go in their favour...
And CAN they actually steal things that can't go into their personal inventory? Are they like burglars from earlier times, that had a bottomless bag they could stuff any kind of object into?
I'll still keep anything I don't want to lose safely tucked away beneath the earth. Unless the dingdongs can teleport down there, I'll be good.
