the new stylist career clothes

I've never seen a CAS unlock cheat. The only CAS unlock I know of is this, but it hasn't been updated yet for Get Famous (for obvious reasons): https://fogity.wordpress.com/mods/unlocked-cas-parts/ Oh hey! And it includes this patch.

i dont want to download a mod just want to unlock the new clothes from the patch

The only way to do that is via the mod. All these years, nobody's even posted a cheat for that.

im pretty sure you can use a cheat to promote your self though

is the cheat you'd use to promote a sim. Just make a sim or sims to max every career/skill and then add them to your households. You'll have acces to everything then. Once you've picked what you want just delete them.
