Arguing that because it's in a GP it'll have more quality or detail is far too absurd. I don't like fooling myself and I certainly don't like to fool others. TS2 had restaurants in OFB and they worked exactly like in Nightlife plus you could go there and eat besides managing them and they were of quality.
This should have been in GTW or even better, they shouldn't have fused Ambitions with OFB. A team that is so short they can barely handle EP's + short budget + money grabbing + bad planning = this GP. I'm glad something like this is coming after all this time, but it's sad that we have to reach this point in order to have good stuff assuming it does work very similarly like OFB.
And in case this brings yet another "amazing and exclusive" new cooking skill, the 4th one, no, it's not an excuse to make it separate.
