I got impatient and placed the blue one, here are the results:

It looks a little as if the turtles were flying and I had to use bb.moveobjects because otherwise they would have buried themselves in the sand again instead of diving in, but with the right camera angles it can look very cute.

I exit without saving, so I cannot say if the baby turtle onrush ever stopps.
