I don't think there will be occults in this pack.
The occults we've gotten in EPs have been either limited-function playable ones like aliens or mermaids, or they've been just gameplay elements, like the spirits in Sulani and Komorebi. If we get faeries in Henford-on-Bagley, I think they'll either be lights in your garden that can give you some bonus or penalty, or I think they'll be playable mostly cosmetic, with a handful of abilities that don't really change or improve.
I don't think there's going to be a massive change in how gardening works, and I don't think this will be a pack that gives you huge lots to turn into massive fields. I think the focus will be more cozy, cottagecore, backyard farming. I did see a tweet from one of the gurus that had a picture of the ladies from The Simple Life with a cow, which makes me think we might get livestock to take care of and use for milk, eggs, etc., but I doubt they'll be butchered for meat. The Sims tries to keep its deaths a bit silly, and marching animals into an abbatoir isn't that.
It's possible we could get horses. I'm hoping we do,
and that it's not some weird, walled-off part of the game world where you can only do horse things on a horse lot, which is only found in Henford-on-Bagley. I want my sims in every world to have horses that they ride around the neighborhood on.
Werewolves are a real long shot, IMO, though I'd love it if one pack could give me faeries, horses, werewolves, and more medieval-ish build/buy stuff.
