There will be NO Quarterly Teaser next quarter...why?

According to this lovely post by EA_Mage, there will be no quarterly teaser for this upcoming quarter, but yet new content is coming. The only question really here is why we are not having a quarterly...

If an EP comes out 3rd Quarter then there won't be one during the holiday season unless we're getting two expansions but I don't see that happening and EA wants to Target the Holiday Season because that's when most people buys EPS.
