How about some support for the poor plumb* workers. (*insert right term here). The developers just do their best with what they are given in staff and finance. It's the bosses who crack the whip.
As far as I can see so far, the developers have managed to make silk purses out of sows' ears after a doubtful start. I'm looking forward to the next pack, just hoping it won't be the one to break my laptop's "back" as the final Sims3 one was.
