This is what Sims 4 is lacking

I would also like to see something like the consept in sims 3 where you could be partners or "buy" community lots and collect money from them. I think it was a really fun way to "invest" (or what I should call it) and make lots of money :)
I do enjoy the consept sims 4 have with buying a vet clinik, resturant or that shop ( don't remember what it was called) and running them. But i really miss the easy way of just owning different community lots and just collect money. And of course the possibility to buy new things there to "upgrade" what income you got from it
