Thundersnow and Dry Lightning - Rare or Scrapped weather?

When looking up The Sims 4 Seasons cheats in Twistedmexi's page (https://reddit.com/r/sims4Cheats/wiki/seasoncheats), I stumbled across cheats like: weather.start_weather_event weather_snow_thunders...

Thundersnow was added to Snowey Escape but it only happens in Mt K during mountain excursions.
