If the leaked lot sizes are correct it's going to be difficult to build many apartments. Hopefully the basegame update includes another free world with some larger lot sizes.
Time to make a dirty, scrunchy, home and apartment for the family in the game play trailer. It looks like the retired owner has the best lot with swimming from the beach behind his house. I think I'll move them into the echo living world, let them cough and breathe dirty air. >:)
