The acting career in Sims 3 was a rabbit hole career. the acting career in Sims 4 is an active career that from that sixty second staged trailer looks very detailed and fun. I think it's safe to assume in this case that one is clearly better than the other. But who knows, maybe I'm wrong, perhaps that rabbit hole career from Sims 3 really is the better feature compared to 4's iteration.
It could be, heck it should be. But for me personally if the acting career is similar to the Get to work careers, I will not enjoy it after playing through it once as I don’t like repetitive, grindy checklists.
