@GirafHuntr I unlocked the door and had my Sim invite his crush over to visit. She was able to walk in the house without any trouble, and went to the bathroom to give herself a pep talk in the mirror.
Meanwhile, Dina Caliente decided to stop by...but she knocked first. I was able to send her away (I don't think that makes her mad; I don't want to do that, because she's my Sim's good friend).
