Very Sad....

If you weren't happy playing Sims 4 then you did the right thing.
Games are supposed to be fun and if you're not having fun then it's time to move on.

ive never unistalled a sims game before but sometimes i have to play 3 or 2 if im bored of 4. there really is something special about the sims 2. i still love that game so much. right now im into the sims 4. but i do take breaks as well.

i uninstalled ts4 months ago as well. sometimes i want to play it again, but then i give a look at my screenshots, see all those sims with a grin in their face standing still doing nothing and then i remember some of the reasons why did i uninstall it. cas and build are fun until you go into live mode and realize all your sims act the same, do the same, have the same bugs and you're stuck in a loop of boredom where you want to play but there isn't much to do. not even with mods, although very helpful they can't fix something that devs won't even fix themselves.
i reinstalled sims 2 & 3 some weeks ago, i haven't played them very much but so far the difference is very noticeable, they are not perfect games but the gameplay and AI are way better done.

I played GTAV for a couple of years, online and single player with mods. Online became very repetitive after a while, especially since everything is PVP and some people are just fighting you constantly, and online also have huge loading times which was annoying, but I enjoyed my time with it, it was actually kind of nice to switch between GTAV and the sims4 for a while.

It's funny how similar those two games are when it comes to release date, how long they have been around and have been treated. Both were released in 2013, they have both loads of DLC (although GTAV online's DLC is free but takes days to grind for money in game, unless you buy shark cards) and both games are showing no signs of getting a sequel in the near future despite them being over 7 years old.

I saw communities forming and disappearing from both those games during those years.

If I had the choice of saving space Sims 4 will be the first one to go. :) I hadn't played it for quite some time as it does not keep me glued to it as older versions did.

I haven't uninstalled, but I do go off the game for months at a time, because of boredom. It can be very frustrating when you've spent so much money on it.

Honestly i have got to GTA V. Completely different and there is something always new.

I hope you enjoy gta v, it's a good game to play online with friends but it can get bored pretty easily after you finish all the heist.

I also uninstalled ts4 to make space for ts3 a month ago.

The good thing about the franchise is that lots of simmers still play 2 and 3 so there's always simmers to share with and discuss whatever version you're playing.

Have you tried installing any mods? They improve the game immensely. I wouldn't be able to play without them.

I think you just need a break. Everything gets boring after a while. Have you tried new creative ways to play? I found out the best way for me to play is playing out stories with pose player. If I just follow the 1 2 3 go to work come home routine I get bored. I have the most fun doing my own creative things.

Either you need a new way to play, this game is not for you, or you need time off. No big deal ?
