i am curious apart from mood inspired whims ie tense mood do we get any wellness whims that pop up on there own? i thought yoga was classed as fitness but have never seen it pop up same with medita...

I think the wellness whims do crop up but often only once you've got some wellness skill, as far as I can tell.
