@kalaksed, does anyone own your restaurant? (I'm curious to know whether this might be a way of enabling a sim family to stay more-or-less permanently in Selvadorada).
One idea I had for the museum lot is similar to @RedDestiny92's idea - namely, to rebuild it in the form of a "restored" - or maybe only partly-restored - temple, with examples of local artifacts on display for tourists to see. I would probably keep it as a museum lot then. It would be quite a challenge to build, though.
