- Queendess6 years agoRising ScoutIn my story progressing save I have generation clubs. It starts when the current generation of sims born are kids so that they can meet their peers and form friendships through their lives and I can keep up with each batch of sims growing up. I also have a mobster club that pulls "heists" once a week and two vampire clubs that are rivals with each other.
- SheriSim6 years agoSeasoned AceI have many of the clubs set up in the game already, but don’t use most of them much. I set up a criminal club where they meet at a lounge, play poker and drink. I have a family club for some brothers and sisters that broke up after meeting significant others. They have reunions. I have meet and greet clubs for unmarried sims and such. I have teen clubs, and children’s clubs. I plan to create a boy/girl scouts club, I already have a place set up above one of the karaoke bars in SM for them to meet. I also want to have a mother/father/ toddlers club(if toddlers can be in clubs, I haven’t checked that out yet). I am also planning on using one of the houses in Silvadorado for a boy/Girl Scout trips. I have a logic club. I plan to make some more sports/hobby clubs. I also have an art club that meets at one of the art galleries. I play a big rotation.
- My latest club is the "Plant Busters". Made to get a group of sims to be able to defeat the mother plant in Strangerville. The only club activity is " Be friendly with everyone" since the game has no Strangerville specific activities. This increases their friendship level while having a club meeting. They were the ones that showed up to fight the mother plant.
My other clubs are mostly family clubs.
Which brings up the question: Is there a limit to how many Clubs you can have in the game? Does anyone know? - Perthelia6 years agoSeasoned AceI have a bunch of family clubs, and a couple of bro clubs who meet at the bars to watch sports. I also try to make clubs for all my kids to loop in some of the townie kids and get some fresh blood into my rotations. The kid clubs are also good for making the friends needed for the child social aspiration. I keep meaning to do more with clubs that meet independently of what my own sims are doing.
- allthemore446 years agoSeasoned AceI tend to forget about clubs. Occasionally I'll join one but I almost never attend a gathering more than once or twice.
- I have the usual kids or teens and, family and dating style clubs. I use pre existing clubs like garden club to do my sims chores for them When my sim needs specific socials for work goals or aspirations then I create clubs to help them achieve this. Johnny Zest has several silly clubs in my game involving him which serve no real purpose but to flesh out his personality
I am also ashamed to admit but I have a fight club. I am playing an evil sim in the criminal career and he needs negative socials, a certain number of fights and a declared enemy. It was easy to achieve this with the club. I did find that the non played sims kept on apologising and using try to calm down at first. But when my sim used trash sim interaction the others would join in and insult each other then fight and autonomous fights occur quite often now. The club has a reputation like the renegades now and other npcs are begging to join. - Karamazov1236 years agoSeasoned AceI just got Get Together and I've been
abusing the club system a lot.- Archaeologists of Selvadorada: Consisting of my main family's Archeologist matriarch and two people she met in Selvadorada. In theory, they're supposed to go on digs together. But since you can't have club meetings in another country, I just send the three of them on vacation and leave them there. The club believes in doing summer activities, being good, and having Archeology and Selvadorada Culture skills. They frown upon stealing, as in taking artifacts they're not supposed to, or stealing someone's discoveries.
- The Lanas: My sim, Lana, has a girl posse named after her. Their mission is to be mean to everyone around them, and they aren't allowed to be nice to others.
- Wild Explorers: My main family's son and his friends. They're a group of kids who go around town, hanging out and solving any mysteries they can find.
I also plan on making a choir, a cult, a crime ring, a vampire nest, and a group of chefs and bakers that makes food for the homeless. - Archaeologists of Selvadorada: Consisting of my main family's Archeologist matriarch and two people she met in Selvadorada. - I've been playing the Upgrowth Challenge and am on the 2nd gen which takes place during Prohibition so my club for drinking at the speakeasy in town is called "The Bootleggers".Aptly named for the time and because the area I live in has history in moonshine making.
- I use clubs for various purposes. I use MCCC and it monitors the clubs, keeps them updated and filled with suitable sims.
-I have club for single young adults, so I can choose from as a future spouse for my sims when I need to.
-I also have teens club for the same purpose. I choose gf's, bf's from there.
-Once I was playing a sim who was a serial romantic and having a lot of kids from a lot of different women so he had 3 clubs to keep track of his kids, to meet them easily.
-I keep premade clubs, I don't delete them.
-Once I was playing a painter sim and she was leading a painters club pretending like an art school. Meeting place was her house. I got her a lot of easels, so the members can paint. After each gathering she sold all the paintings that her students done and made a lot money that way.
-And for sillyness purposes, I have a woohoo club. I built a very "flirty" nightclub with romantic aura trait, and lots of red romantic plumbob lights around, beds, hottubs, citizen bushes, wardrobes, shorly woohooable objects, and a bar of course. Everyone attends the club gathering in specific underwears for both men and women, they drink, dance and woohoo with eachother. No jealousy. LOL Well, that's probably the weirdest and most useless club I've ever had in my game. I still keep that save. The idea came from Don Lothario actually. He had a daughter and she grew up, and she took her father's genes one step further, leading a woohoo club successfully   - I play on rotation so clubs are an essential part of my worlds. I have so many! For kids that are scouts, for kids that go to drama class, for rebellious teens, for popular teens, for geeks, for rich and snob sims, for elders, for cat lovers (they gather at my cat's café), for gardeners, for family members, you name it.
At the moment I really enjoy particularly 2 of them.
One that is lead by an elder writer that became famous with her mystery novels. Now, she is semi-retired and created this club to help aspiring writers. They all love her and she is a really caring mentor.
The other one I am really enjoying at the moment is the Camping Crew. They are 2 families were the parents are very close friends and they love going to Granite Falls all together, I even took them once to Selvadorada. They sing around the fire, roast marshmallows, and all that jazz. In the group there are the 2 couples, 2 children (one from each couple) and 2 teens (one from each couple). I am trying to make the teens fall in love at the moment and I plan to have them hide it from their parents so they can keep sleeping in the same tent.
