What do you look for in downloaded house lots from the gallery?

1) When I start a new game. 2) Victorian to modern. Doesn't matter as long as it's pretty. 3) 3 or more. 4) I own all the packs. I tend to download homes that use all the packs. Yes, I'm that lazy. lol 5) Playability is rule #one. It has to have at least a small basement for vampire sleeping. Not too much clutter. Most of the homes are amazing. I can't imagine how long it takes u guys. So, thanks to all the builders. Otherwise my sims would be living in boxes.
