Hi everyone. Out of curiosity, what graphics do you play on?

Everything on medium except 3D scene resolution and view distance which are on high.
Post processing effects on, uncompressed sim textures off, vertical sync off.
Can someone please explain to me what 3D scene resolution is? I read the in-game description but am none the wiser.
