Voted out of curiosity. The list is quite limited in view of the large number of issued packs, even if only game and expansions are taken into account. Of those given, went with Cottage Living for its rural appeal and it reminds me of the UK. That said, I stand by my earlier choice of Jungle Adventures being best for the reasons given. Get Together is second thanks to Windenburg, my favourite world of the game.
In the installation that has it, Seasons is more annoying than fun. It is always raining and cold regardless of the 'world' played, still has several unfixed bugs (looking at you, reverting to dirt pile plants), farming is all but impossible, and the holidays are more a nuisance than anything else. Not sure if have Nifty Knitting, too little return on investment. That installation stops at Cottage, too many game breaking bugs and patches/updates after that. A patch/update issue that is there is the one that makes sims unhappy with their homes, even those they were happy in before said update. That alone confines my TS4 time almost exclusively to my installation that stops at Discover University.
