I love this question! When I saw the title I thought I knew what my answer was going to be, but now that it's time to type I was hit with a wave of things I love about the game and that makes it stand out. I think @simgirl1010 said it best, there's something for everyone and for every sort of story you can imagine. I love the freedom we have to create LGBTQIA sims and tell their stories. I love that we're not bound to strictly real world scenarios and sims, we can make them fantastical, they can be anything. Vampires and witches and werewolves, oh my! The game doesn't put players in a box and only give them a narrow framework to play in. And if I get burned out on gameplay I can go play around in build mode or CAS. I've never had a moment in 14 years of simming where I've been bored for more than a day or two at most.
I'm a ride or die simmer.❤️ I haven't played any other games in years and I don't see that changing anytime soon, not anything that would take me away from The Sims for more than an hour or two here and there anyway.
It is great that there are a variety of ways to play the game and live out the lives of our sims @DaniRose2143 🙂
It is lovely that you have been playing for fourteen years. You would have lots of fun and enjoyable simming days over the years 🙂
There is always something new to discover in the game.
