I would say Tartosa since its a beach type world as well, here where I live we could be considered Tartosa, small little beach town and then smack right in front of us standing on our local beach there is a little island with a few houses that I would consider Sulani, you can only reach it by Ferry and boats. I would not really consider Selvadora as it is more amazony to me ;) Thinking about it now I would also consider Brindleton bay is also a little beach town, so that cold be considered as well, although it does snow heavily there ;)
