I have my Cantrell save which in my mind anyway, is set in the future. I created this family as part of my O/C's backstory. She marries Spock of Star Trek fame. So it's set sometime in the 23rd century.
My other game save is set in the 18th century. Having my Sims whip out their cell phones is silly, but I overlook it, as well, it's the Sims, you know and the game itself is silly. ;)
