In game, I probably gear more towards everyday fantasy. I'd like a neighborhood with the Stevens family (from Bewitched) in one house, maybe the Munsters in another house, a third house with the Addams family, and then the families from Beetlejuice (the living family plus the resident ghosts) in yet another. And all of them able to happily coexist with the "normal" world. B)
