What's something that, if not in Seasons, would disappoint you?

Definitely season length and timing being under player control, meaning I would like to decide when it's spring and for how long. Personally I would like my IG seasons to mirror the RL seasons. I would like to play summer in game during the course of RL summer and then transition to fall and so on. While others may want winter at that time to play Christmas in July. I think it would be nice if possible to have that flexibility.
