What's your favorite apartment in San Myshuno?

I'm curious to know for those who play with sims who live in the apartments, which ones are your favorite?

I always used to go for 1010 Alto Apartments in Uptown but I do like the FountainView Penthouse in the Arts Quarter because of the brick and plaster walls on the interior.
