When did the hymn Jerusalem get added to in-game music

Was playing around in CAS tonight and heard a simlish instrumental version of Jerusalem playing in the background. I’ve Googled it and can’t find any info about when it was added. Was it part of the latest update or Eco Lifestyle?

Either way, I loved the way it sounded. Curious about why it was added, as it’s something I associate with being in assembly at school or hearing at English sporting events.
