I wonder when is the best time to access the control panel and the com tower of the First Order in Batuu so my Sim can analyze the control panel.

Best is to try when there is no storm trooper standing near you but to be honest they don't seem to care that much about catching intruders in my game. I just accessed it whenever I needed to.
