- I've made a single new townie and a set of twins that are also native to the island and I'll move them in wherever. My sim I'm actually playing will move into the empty lot near the volcano and live off the grid. She'll build a beach shack and shower in the waterfall, use the facilities in a convenient bush, a cook all her meals outside or eat harvestables.

But the very first thing I will do when I load up the game is renovate all of the pre-existing lots/find some by awesome Simmers on the gallery and shuffle community lot locations around. New worlds are always so exciting. :D - ADashofAsh907 years agoSeasoned Ace

I have a Victorian-esque house that I made for my main family and I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to have it on the island and not look silly, haha. But I build it myself and have grown very attached to it.
Google Shipman House. It's on the Big Island in Hilo and is now a B&B. I've been by it a few times in my past visits to visit family there and it looks pretty Victorian to me.
Thanks! I think this will work, especially since I can put on a bigger lot and have a pool and such. - bizuktag7 years agoSeasoned AceMy Sim is moving to the lot called "Kin-Ship", the 30x30 at the end of the beach in the Ohan'ali Town neighborhood. I had to pick this area because I play with a grungy/trashy style, and with the fences and broken roads it's the only area that would fit my aesthetic.
I'm probably the only person who is happy the beaches will accumulate trash and doesn't plan to clean them up :D - JeanVW7 years agoSeasoned AceI'm kinda contemplating of creating a horrific sea witch, who slowly transforms into a vibrant, colorful happy mermaid once she starts warming up to the 'land' people. at first she lives separated, and slowly moves more to the centre.
- I'll have three families living in all of the districts. A cool dude (A.K.A Thor because for a while I've been into creating Marvel characters as normal people without superpowers for my gameplay) living off the grid and as close to the volcano as possible, a wealthy family of two dads and their son (also Marvel related :p ) owning a beach vacation house in the upper left island with lots of beaches, a relatively poor couple of youtube bloggers living in a cheap hotel in the lower right community island.
- Anyone mind linking the map? I want I move my 3 households on a island together but I want to make sure if there’s space on a island for 3 households or atleast for 2 of them
