I can't edit my first post, so I can't change it to be more specific in the title or to clarify it's in Willow Creek. But it does say Magnolia Blossom Park in the post, and it could be googled or asked about here if someone doesn't remember which world or lot it originally was.
I'm sorry it's not working for you though. I'm sure there's a bug report thread for the event, there usually is.
