Which Sims 4 Pack do you regret buying? ⛈️ (And why so?)

I regret buying Lovestruck.I recieved an email telling me I would get a discount. I followed the steps to buy the expansion pack with the discount but did not get any discount. I contacted the EA support chat at once and was told by the advisor to contact them again within 24 hours since my payment had not reached EA yet. The money was drawn from my account and now I can't find the option to start a new chat with an EA help advisor. I have the right to get a refund since I live within the EU and have 14 days to get all the money back if I change my mind about an online purschase. I'm so pissed off and do not know what to do since I don't even wanted the game that bad. I only wanted it because of the discount and tought the discount would appear before I payed but that was not tha case and now I feel tricked and so angry since I can not get in touch witth the live support again......
