This is very true. I have
no interest in those type genres. I like life simulators that are The Sims, and maybe a few spin offs such as The Sims Medieval. But couldn't stand scripted play such as Castaway or Life Stories. My problem since TS2 ended and they moved on to other genres is putting every genre out there into the life simulator. For every thing they gained for new players by sticking in some other genre features, they lost quite a bit of the life simulator experience that was The Sims.
