Will the rats, roaches, and leaking pipes ever stop? (Resolved w/Mod! Updated Orig Post.)

The reason I'm asking is because I didn't realize they were there until after I totally remodeled that fixer upper "the TLC" apartment. I like what I did and I don't want to move. I spent all day remo...

@Slawfish No, the spawn points are always in the same place, so decorate accordingly. lol I had to move an arm chair out of the corner where the roaches spawn because I ran into routing issues. The chess table and chairs I replaced it with don't cause any issues, though.
