Will the rats, roaches, and leaking pipes ever stop? (Resolved w/Mod! Updated Orig Post.)

The reason I'm asking is because I didn't realize they were there until after I totally remodeled that fixer upper "the TLC" apartment. I like what I did and I don't want to move. I spent all day remo...

One thing I learned never let a landlord fix anything because they jerry rig what they fix and the item is worse than before. :) Glad to see you you haven't been around for a long while. :)


On the plus side, at least there is the repairman NPC now. I say ditch the landlord and pay for another Sims to do a better job. Fund the fee with an indoor garden and with fishing.
