Will the rats, roaches, and leaking pipes ever stop? (Resolved w/Mod! Updated Orig Post.)

For those of you who want to get rid of the mice/pipes/utility box, you can delete them with advanced debug cheats, "shift click > destroy object". I'm pretty sure they will stay gone. When I tried it, they stayed gone even through changing households, but I didn't want to save my game to find out whether they're still gone upon reload because I want mine there. If you do delete them and they stay gone, be warned that you cannot get them back without further mods.
