I saw that chalk outline too under the rug. It was hilarious! :D I may have to try removing the chalk outline with this mod. Haven't gotten that far with that apartment yet. Still funny though.

This doesn't remove the trait at all. However, I am happy with it being just a TLC apartment that needs some work. I was not happy with all the mice/rats, smells/odors, roaches, and goo. To me if I went for the low rent fixer upper then those other things should disappear. I put in too much work to make that apartment livable. ;)
