@RosariaPauloYour removed dependent items for those sims. Meaning, when you put in mods, or custom sims, or CC there were items included that you removed in modifying your cc files.
ALSO: when you download sims, or lots etc, there are often items that are not part of the download and if you did not have them yourself the game will tell you 'removed create a sims items or cc in the case of lots'
THE MOST COMMON cause is not owning packs / kits from EA that have the items included. AKA: Download a sim you wish to use but not having all the packs part of the sim or lot
I’ve tried everything to be honest. I had removed some packs and added them back but everytime I go back to the household and stuff, it still removes my toddler.
They don’t remove items, only her and other sims in the game. I created all the sims, so the packs was probably the problem but I added back and the same thing happened. 😭😭😭😭😭 I really need help.

@RosariaPaulo You have two separate issues here.
If CAS items are being removed, that means that some CC or pack items you don't have were used and have been removed. This usually happens because a Sim you downloaded had CC you don't have or had content from packs you don't have. But it can also happen if the game stopped seeing a pack you do have. Sims being deleted is a completely separate problem. To be clear, that is also happening? If so, are you using a syncing program like OneDrive, which might have reset your game to an earlier state? Or do you perhaps have multiple saves and aren't loading the one you think you are?
@RosariaPauloDid you ever get this resolved? I'm having the same issue, and have had in the past. I have always just sucked it up and gone on, but I got this issue when I loaded my sim, again when they went on vacation to the cottage world, and AGAIN when they travelled to the pub.
Like yourself, I have no custom content on, I have no downloaded content from other users. I created my sim and their house. All of my add-ons are installed. I just repaired them, as a matter of fact. In spite of this, I'm being told that content was removed because my only account does not own that content. If I do not own it, how does it get into my account?
I had this installed on my D drive. I am re-installing the entire game, because I have had nothing but problems with it today. I will install it on my C drive. Maybe the real issue is that the game doesn't always find the content installed in the game directory on a different drive. This will take literally hours, because I own EVERYTHING except about 5 kits. I really wish this issue would be properly investigated. :-(
@ThatCraigGirl You're been seeing common reasons that people get this message. Not all common reasons will apply to all cases. If you don't use any custom content and you don't have any downloaded Sims or downloaded builds -- you play completely vanilla with no mods or CC and only Sims and builds you made yourself in your save -- then the common cause would be an EA App problem with not all packs you own loading properly.
