@RosariaPaulo You have two separate issues here.
If CAS items are being removed, that means that some CC or pack items you don't have were used and have been removed. This usually happens because a Sim you downloaded had CC you don't have or had content from packs you don't have. But it can also happen if the game stopped seeing a pack you do have. There are topics pinned about that problem in https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/bd-p/The-Sims-4.
Sims being deleted is a completely separate problem. To be clear, that is also happening? If so, are you using a syncing program like OneDrive, which might have reset your game to an earlier state? Or do you perhaps have multiple saves and aren't loading the one you think you are?

@luthienrising This is also incorrect. Why? I have not downloaded anyone else's sims. The game that is being impacted is pure vanilla. I created the sim myself. There is no custom content. I built the house myself, too. Somehow, the game is not finding content that belongs to my base game or one of the add-ons, which are all installed. This is an issue that EA should be looking into, not one that should be being blamed on things that are irrelevant. I get that this may be the case for some people, but it is not a solution for all cases.
