@AllexTurner Have you tried repairing your game through Origin ? Sometimes that makes a difference from reinstalling.
Also did you delete the localthumbcache file after removing your mods ?

@crinrict Hi! I did it repair from Origin . Always I deleted localthumbcache file before update my game! Also always, I remove my saves, mods and tray folder before each update! Unfortunately, still have this problem. Thanks so much for reply.

Also, does any of the other content show in the game if you go to CAS or build mode ?- @crinrict Yes! I bought all my Sims 4 content by origin. I don't use Steam app. All content I have it, it's showing in gallery, CAS normally (including the content I dont bought yet, by filters, except HSY).
