I'm not seeing a file download. None of the past posts have them either. Am I crazy? Thanks!

Most probably the files got lost during forum migration. As long as the old forum is still available (now read-only mode), you might try to find the TDESCS post there.

You might find the latest TDESCS files, also that one mentioned above, here for download:

But please note: I guess it's only a matter of days until they will reroute access requests to the old fourms to this site, so you might hurry if you're intrested.
