Hi. I updated the game yesterday for the infants update and I noticed that my game began getting really really slow when it came to loading anything. Now, this error code pops up after it gives up loading. I'm not sure what's happening, but I feel like I've tried everything. I don't have mods loaded in, I've had my computer cleaned up, repaired the game, etc. and it seems like nothing works. Anyone have any idea what's going on or what the fix is? TIA!

I used to use custom foods, but I've since taken them out - not sure if it would have lasting effects once removed.
I've also chatted with EA support, so I'm hoping they'll have some insight, too. I know mods are usually the culprit here, but even without them it's still happening.

Same thing is happening to me whenever I try to move a sim into a home, it shows up with that.
Yes, and then it starts showing worlds I do not own.
Strange update to what's happening. When I finally get into a house, I'm able to play for only a little bit and then the sims suddenly freeze. I'm then unable to click any furniture or activities to give them things to do and they all just stand there looking around -- they don't even do NPC sim stuff like randomly grab water while waiting for a command. I've gone into build mode as well and they still stand there and stare around WHILE I'm in build mode which is super weird. I've also tried to do the cheat code stuff like Shift+click but nothing comes up and resetSim which also doesn't work.
I've also noticed that if I start a new save, it loads fine and quickly. So I'm wondering if it's my save file. If so, I'm going to be devastated; I put so many hours into this file.

I have not played since November 2022, but today I tried, updated the EA server and the Sims 4 game, repaired, deleted local thumb cache, but I still get this "109:5924646b:1bf2fd1b" error on any saved game I try to load and it tells me to restart the application after showing a screen of all the neighborhoods. Never seen this error before. Totally lost...Please advise. Thanks
Please be advised, if I click on one of those neighborhoods in the screenshot and load a lot from there, I am able to load and play the lot.
