256 GB - Memory Full?

I have a 256 GB storage device, in which I've been able to download and install a good 80% of the game packs, expansion packs, base game, etc. 

Problem is, I have 2 expansion packs left, and it tells me it's run out of space on my drive, yet clearly I haven't even used it. 

Is there an issue I'm overlooking, is Sims 4 that big and I need to increase my storage size, or is there a way that I can put the base game on my Computer, but the expansions, game packs, etc on my storage device?
