When you tested, did you make sure that you had mods together with those they depend on? These are things like Lot 51 Core Library and XML Injector, plus many creators have their own mods that require each other.
If you already did that, another option is to do gradual addition of mods. Keep the "new" batch separate each time to help you find conflicts.
