A couple of mods I'd like to see if For Rent doesn't do them.

First, I'd like to see lot traits--not just multi-unit toggles--that allow or disallow horses. Some lots are really not acceptable for horses, but if I turn off horse adoption in Neighborhood stories,...

These are really good ideas. I bet KiaraSims or A.Deep.Indigo could make a no-horse lot trait! Both of their lot trait options work really well. That would be perfect.
