A mod for more weather types? - mist and fog?

Does anyone know of a mod for adding more weather types or characteristics? particularly mist and fog?

I'd love a really foggy autumn day, and there's patchy fog in Forgotten Hollow and on the chalet gardens lot so it's not outside the realms of possibility.
