Achievements disappeared!

Question

All my achievements disappeared. I did not open a new game and continue to play the same save for a while now. Im doing the legacy challenge and all the progress is gone. Is there no way to get the information back?

@Masonld&nbsp;I take it that you play on a console. There almost all cheats will disable achievements.

@Masonld&nbsp;Then I don't know what could cause them to disappear unless you use a mod that cause it.
