Actions Deleted

I downloaded a MCCC Commands in my Sims 4 but it messed up my gameplay so i deleted the file. Now certain actions for my sims aren't showing up. Actions to do on my phone is deleted, the option to shower isn't showing only for my toddler, my sim wont clean. i need help please!

    @AnnMassango Installing or removing MCCC won't "delete" functions of your game.

    Delete your cache files and do a game repair. If it still happens, then you have some other mod causing the problem.
