If there's something that bothers the life out of me in TS4 is the fact that kids whose parents die or are taken away, instead of going to the adoption pool or sent to close relatives, are just delete...

MCCC makes it so they at least get adopted by other sims in your neighborhood but it does not make them go to closest relative. I go to house when it tells me they got adopted and try to track down relatives to move them in with.
