Age up animation glitch

Stuff packs: Nifty knitting, Tiny living, Moschino stuff, My first pet, Laundry day, Toddler stuff, Fitness stuff, Vintage glamour, Kids room, Movie hangout, Perfect patio, Luxury party. Kits: Bathroom clutter, Everyday clutter, Pastel pop, Desert luxe, First fits, Décor to the max, Blooming rooms, Morden menswear, Incheon arrivals, Country kitchen.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you age up a sim via cheats or the “blow out candles” interaction the sim ages up but the animation glitches and your unable to select traits for the sim
What happens when the bug occurs? When I go to age up my sims from a toddler to a child, child to a teen or teen to young adult, my sim ages up however I get a pop up saying there’s a issue with the animation and I’m unable to select any traits for my sims
What do you expect to see? A age up animation and the ability to select traits for my sims
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I’m in need of any help at all!!
I'm currently playing with my generation family, I was about to age my toddler up to a child and my child to be a teen, however when I went to age them up there was a pop up about a animation glitch and I was unable to chose any traits for my aged up sims. Luckily I hadn’t saved so I exited the game and removed all mods to see if that was the issue and I had the same problem.
I have tried cheats via MCCC and I still have the same problem.
I have looked on Answers HQ and other platforms to see if I’m the only one and I’m still unsure on that answer!?
Anything anyone can suggest would be amazing and if this is a general game bug I just hope I’m not the only one and it will be fixed by EA soon!!
