All CC suddenly got broken

I can but imagine, but give removing those fixes a shot and if your game returns to normal, there you have it. Perhaps down the line those recent fixes will be, well, fixed and you can reinstall them. Though that's no doubt quite exasperating, it is the lesser of the evils, so to speak, that being playing "vanilla". I can't imagine going back to that.
And in the future do as @catitude5 @Miki (the aforementioned ever-loving roomie) and I do, just to name the ones I know of, and don't allow future patches to run until the creators of your favourite mods can catch up.
But with the frequency of these patches that may be a bit of a chore.
